Our fee for legal services based on existing tariff law – Decree No. SR MS. 655/2004 Z. z. on remuneration and compensation lawyers for providing legal services.
Clients of our office provides free initial consultation usually in case if they be our clients. On this consultation we will disscus legal problem and possible solutions and, if it is necessary we agree on the method of determining compensation for any subsequent legal services.
Remuneration can be defined as:
A. Contractual remuneration
Contractual pay is determined by agreement with client and our office can be agreed to:
- Attorney´s fee per hourRemuneration will be determined by the number of hours needed to provide legal services. It is used in particular to develop legal analysis or legal services, which provide sufficient personal consultation.
- Share feeCan be agreed upon as a share of the value of things, which is the subject of proceedings before a court or other authority, if the outcome of these proceedings, as the case is very uncertain, and the client was informed about it.
- Lump-sum remunerationFor example in dealing with cases in which is not sure in advance how many legal actions will be taken. Remuneration is determined by a fixed amount regardless of how many acts of a client’s office in connection with the main facilities provided.
B. Tariff Remuneration
Tariff Remuneration is governed by the provisions of § 9 et seq. Decree No. MSSR. 655/2004 Z. z. on remuneration and compensation lawyers for providing legal services. Remuneration depends on the value of things and the number of legal acts.
If we pay the tariff in respect of the client’s personal circumstances and the nature of things to give discounts up to 50% of pay under the decree. However, it is possible to arrange another form of remuneration according to the client that best take into account the type of legal services.
C. Combined Remuneration
Methods of determination of contract under the above provisions may be determined and combined.
